Melbourne producer Air Max '97 presents the third release on Liminal Sounds, and its a highly original ride. 'Progress And Memory' could only loosely be described as dance music, but the paired back blend of metallic drums, a single gleaming melody and wavering sub bass is undoubtedly exciting. 'Sleeveless' and 'Peak' are built from similarly minimal elements, Night Slugs-esque claps and rumbles mixing with light and playful elements. Definitely a producer to look out for.
