Gerry Read has put out music on some of the most respected dance floor labels around, including Delsin, Aus Music and 2nd Drop Records. For this release on Fourth Wave he turns in two tracks of mangled house for Fourth Wave. 'Socialize' is a dense and swampy concoction, a jacking groove and crisp high-hats consumed by layers of smudged electronics. Meanwhile 'Charcoal' has more clarity to it, a bumping acidic rhythm creating a dark and sensual piece of late-night house.
