Black Acre release the latest single from Fantastic Mr. Fox, a bittersweet, melodic collaboration with singer Denai Moore. A-side 'On My Own' is unlike anything we've heard from the producer before, a soulful anthem with Moore's emotional vocals all the more affecting for the space they are given, the production work remaining crisp and restrained. Over on the B-side though Fantastic Mr. Fox returns to his characteristic stomping, club-focused sound, jittery vocals powered by a jacking pulse.
