Global Goon makes his debut on the Furthur Electronix label with a new EP entitled Aiming High. An esteemed Rephlex alumnus, Global Goon is not among our most prolific ambassadors of the 90s movement. However a relative flurry of material has surfaced of late, and more music from the man is certainly a net good. The raved up ‘Autochronway’ gets things going from the jump with its brisk breakbeats, while the closing ‘Sigyres’ offers some soothing downtempo to gently walk you into that goodnight.
