Earwiggle drop a full remix set of Paul Birken's Acid Youth of Malibu. Blawan's take is suitably hard, an industrial take on the original's playful acid. Careening at an unstoppable pace, it's for peak time only. Veteran Bas Mooy takes things deeper, modulating that acid riff through layers of heavy bass drums. Truss keeps similarly heavy drums but opts for 90s-referencing upper-register synths, with a simple melody and incessant whistles keeping things interesting. Birken's own take slows things down a touch, modulating the main riff in other directions while keeping it hard enough for the floor.
