Jahtari returns with the third instalment of their ‘Jahtarian Dubbers’ series, a bursting at the seams collection of dub big-hitters. Julien Neto, man of many aliases but perhaps better known for his cinematic instrumentation and ambient romanticism on labels such as Type, appears under his dub-pseudonym, John Frum, with the dusty and delicate ‘Healing Dub’, and on Soom T’s ‘Bullets Will Bounce’. Elsewhere, things gain a bit more swagger with Monkey Marc’s hip-hop inspired number, ‘Rudebwoy Dub’ and the crazed lyrical spitting of Ranking Levy.
