Echochord lifts two tracks from the upcoming Broadwalk Tales LP from Greek, dub techno original Fluxion for taste of things to come. Here, Fluxion draws on a tried and tested formula, bringing in Jamaican vocalist Teddy Selassie, whose contribution adds to the thick dub atmosphere. ‘Everyday’ is a fuzzy, stepping cut, revolving around smudged chords and crisp drum features; ‘Expansion’ follows, stripping the vocal for an entrancing excursion into an engulfing headspace.
