Manchester duo AnD land on the Berlin-based Samurai Horo series with the FVS EP. Blistering stomps underpin the title track ‘FVS’, carrying the duo’s signature unrelenting approach but with a deeper sense of electrified atmosphere. Next, the pair doffs a cap to their Mancunian neighbour Andy Stott with the sluggish, industrial slurry of ‘GVA’ whereas closing piece ‘1AC’ is a beat-less slice of machine ambience drenched in abrasive feedback.
