Berlin songwriter Dillon returns to BPitch Control ahead of ‘Unknown’, the highly anticipated follow up to her 2011 debut album ‘Silence Kills’, with single ‘A Matter Of Time’. From the opening understated piano lines and cold patters of glitchy pops, there is a strangely captivating quality to the track’s restraint, with Dillon’s husky vocals breathing a vital warmth into the accompaniment. With bursts of low synth choirs erupting mid way through, the dialogue between the singer and her computer accompaniment reaches an interesting and affecting climax, the like of which one can only hope will dominate the forthcoming album.
