Cameron Stallones’ prolific career keeps on truckin’ with this seventh album of psychedelic wordless world music, filled with so many exotic and far-flung instruments it’s like a Paul Simon LP if he had access to space travel. ‘Belamoncie’ might be Stallones’ trippiest record yet, made from nine swirling tracks that range from the test signal-like church organ chords of ‘Curtis’ through to ‘Seven Lampstands’ and its glitching analogue electronics, like someone torturing a Pac-Man machine.
