Elias Landberg of Skudge is back with another 12” helping of his reinterpreted early material. ‘Remixes Part 7’ lifts two cuts from 2011 LP ‘Phantom’ - the title track and ‘Shivers’ - and gives them to techno one-timers Seldom Felt, who turn the former into a dub house adventure complete with Basic Channel hiss and glacial synths, and the latter into rough-hewn acid. As bonkers a pair of remixes as you’d expect from an artist who cut six white label EPs and then vanished, ‘Part 7’ is a double-header that will appeal to classic ravers and modern techno experimenters alike.
