London acid den Super Rhythm Trax starts off 2025 with a split EP from two masters of the form in Yurk Suzuki and Pearl River Sound. Suzuki, no stranger to the Super Rhythm Trax fold, kicks off the EP with the steamy ‘Hyype’ which seems well fit for those hazy late night workouts. He also closes the affair with the absolutely mad detuned and pitch shifted buggery of ‘Baby Cup’. Pearl River makes the meat here, turning in two mid-tempo acid-dipped thumpers that will sound marvellous on the hi-fi.
