Soho-based record store Phonica Records celebrates its tenth birthday with an extensive compilation of new and eclectic material from a range of artists both legendary and emerging. As high quality as the music they supply, the compilation includes clattering analogue-intensive pieces from Dutch Pioneers Juju & Jordash and Legowelt as well as Detroit legend Mr G’s solid cut ‘My Thursdayz’. Also keen to exhibit some homegrown talent, we’re offered an interesting orchestral-inspired track from UK duo Psychemagik and a deep, ambient-styled house track from Lord Of The Isles.
