Norwegian electronic duo Röyksopp are back on their own Dog Triumph imprint for a new compilation of rave fuelled cuts and festival bangers entitled True Electric. Inspired by the infectious energy of their recent and long-running True Electric tour, Svein Berge and Torbjørn Brundtland found themselves wanting to reach back to their more dancefloor-oriented work of yore, and set about reworking some older tracks to match the percussive-yet-uplifting vibe of the shows they sweated through across the globe. Alongside the newer workouts like the technicolour trance of ‘This Time, This Place’ lay some older spiritual cousins like standout Robyn collabo ‘Do It Again’.
