Composed of a series of narrative electronic sketches, it's an album that effortlessly filters various strains of dance floor rhythms through Thug Entrancer's heavy, atmospheric vision. 'Death After Life II' builds from a niggling groove and festering bass-heavy effects into a crawling techno wormhole. This is followed by 'Death After Life III', which uses similar elements for a more propulsive effect, acid synths tranquillised and drawn out over its almost ten minute length. Elsewhere 'Death After Life V' sends stabbing footwork beats into a frenzy and 'Death After Life VII' is work of clattering spaced out blips and sharp gun-shot beats.
