Mancunian duo AnD link with Speedy J’s Electric Deluxe to let off another round of techno stompers. Rolling opener ‘The Jellyfish’ wastes little time, knocking the listener down with bruising kicks and frenzied synths that creep in around the halfway mark. The onslaught continues with the factory-like pound of ‘Dysekt’ and ‘Dtadtmat’, whose phased-out drums sound as if they’re trying to outrun an avalanche of distorted bass. Kundalini ends with two completely different looks, slinking dub-tech number ‘IcDbYc’ and the gorgeous, rusted-over drone of ‘DTR’.
