Adjowa follows up his debut EP on the Bristol based Happy Skulls with a seething release on the Don’t Be Afraid sub-series DBA Dubs. A rough, brooding bass line grounds the title track 'Science and Soul' allowing soft hi-hats, a pounding kick and firing synth shots to take the track into overdrive. On the flip-side, Beautiful Swimmer’s Maximillion Dunbar offers his take, building an agitating medley of stop start beats that melts down hints of jungle, grime and footwork into the original.
