Guy Middleton readies his second LP ‘Moods Of Future Joy’ through his Guido guise on Bristol lynchpin Tectonic Recordings. Taking the opportunity to refine his sound through a flurry of releases on Punch Drunk, Guido’s R&B inflicted dubstep flavors act as a welcome, refreshing take on the genre. Rich vocals drenched in attitude on 'Letting Go' create undoubted crossover potential once combined with the bass-heavy arrangements. Piano driven introductions on 'Jupiter' and 'Afrika PT2' add to the cinematic feel of an album that is one of the most imaginative takes on dubstep to date.
