Black Truffle releases the manifestation of John Tilbury and Oren Ambarchi’s second concert performed as a duo live in Reykjavik, Iceland. Recorded during a heat wave, ‘The Just Reproach’ explores a minimal palate of tonal and textural nuances, which mixed with the natural ambience of a fidgeting audience creates a curious affect. Delicate piano chords encourage a deeper level of concentration whilst reminding us of the beauty of simplicity.
