21-year-old Danish whizzkid Natal Zaks returns to the Farver label with more fast-paced, ever-morphing electronica. ‘Manon’ draws on both his Madelin ambient project and techno alias Averos, offering rain samples and ticking bass on ‘Patience’, ‘90s Ibiza trance on ‘Forma’ and trippy woodblock via Detroit techno on the title track. Another feather for Zaks’ already fine display of head plumage.
