James Donadio exercises his Prostitutes moniker for a grating four tracker on rising London imprint Diagonal. Following a split release with Basic House on cult cassette imprint Opal tapes, Prostitutes has been turning heads with a charismatic blend of abstracted techno, noise and post punk, ‘Shatter And Loose’ treads a fine line between these genres. “Kisses Undelivered” chugs along through a clumpy beat whilst “Poison The Masses” is distilled down to a simplistic but effective groove. Over on the flip, the darkest moment is found on “Crawl On You At Night” – a looping, torturous slice of electronic music.
