Producer Joy Orbison and designer Will Bankhead's label Hinge Finger label - previous releases have included such highly sought after productions as Joy Orbison's own 'Ellipsis' and Blawan's 'His He She & She' - is back with four tracks by Mix Mup. It's a strong showing from the Leipzig producer. 'After The Job' opens proceedings with delinquent percussion and grimey synths, while 'Copa Jams' and 'Doomed' continue the rough house stylings in more rigidly 4/4 form. Final track 'Bungalow' though throws a curveball, a beatless and gentle piece of ambience that sounds like dawn breaking.
