Miracle is a new outfit formed by L.I.E.S artist and synth freak Steve Moore and Daniel O’Sullivan of Ulver fame, amongst others. Their debut album ‘Mercury’ on Planet Mu draws on themes relating to Italian horror and the occult all supported by a sturdy, synth-pop backbone. Things take a retro turn with “Falling Into The Night” which possess a gorgeous 80’s glow, paving the way for the beautifully blissful “Wild Nights” where the vocals really lift off. “Organon” closes up in a cosmic manner, concluding a release that oozes class and character.
