Prolific Finnish electronic composer Sasu Ripatti here switches to his real name for this EP on his own label. Considerably livelier than his more experimental work as Vladislav Delay, ‘Ripatti01’ offers the chirpy vocal samples and stuttering kicks footwork DJs go nuts for, while the flipside sees him flirt with frantic low-end that borders on drum ‘n’ bass.
