New York’s Arp, aka Alexis Georgopoulos, ditches analogue synths for church organs on this Smalltown Supersound full-length. Reverting back to a process of traditional songwriting, he eschews the electronic abstraction of previous works, opting instead for gospel-esque pop tracks and 70s art rock, taking in a myriad of other, more stately, styles as well.
