A pioneer of East European techno, Zagreb sound engineer Petar Dundov is back with a third album of luscious but driven electronica. A Nicolas Winding Refn soundtrack that’s waiting to happen, ‘Sailing Off The Grid’ pulses like an ‘80s film score, with ticking bass and gloomy synths on ‘Yesterday Is Tomorrow’, and chilled, guitar-edge ambience on ‘Sur La Mer Avec Mon Ami’. Emotionally fragile but with strong nodding beats, it’s a laser disco in waiting.
