Avalon Emerson comes full circle with this new remix EP package on her own Another Dove imprint entitled Four Charm Remixes. Emerson’s 2023 LP & The Charm saw the global renowned DJ/producer take a step or two away from the techno and house sounds that brought her such acclaim in favour of sprightly rendered and glassy-toned dream-pop that called back to more guitar-based sounds of her youth. Touring around the album saw her backed by a full rock band, with dates often cannily bookended by DJ sets as well. Four Charm Remixes plays to both her strengths, offering dancefloor-filling takes on her indie rock sounds from friends and contemporaries alike.
