Dark Entries presents us with the rerelease of Nagamatzu’s 1983 debut LP ‘Shatter Days’. Initially available on cassette only, ‘Shatter Days’ showcased the British duo’s cold, rhythmic sounds across five tracks; here we’re offered the original track list plus an additional five pieces (including the previously unreleased “Radio Song”). The stark ‘Muslin’ works a simplistic guitar riff against carefully crafted electronic drum patterns for an atmospheric instrumental. Highly recommended for followers of early New Order, Clock DVA or Cabaret Voltaire.
