North London Drum ‘n Bass guru Rohan Walder adds to his dozen strong back-catalogue with this electro-themed release on Tiga’s Turbo Recordings. ‘Ruffa’ explodes with clanging blacksmith-like beats and carefully engineered white noise, like a panel-beater making techno. B-sides ‘No Hook’ and the J Trijn remix offer slightly calmer and more defined interpretations - but only slightly.
