New Yorker duo Blondes capitalise on their debut album success with follow up ‘Swisher’ on RVNG intl. Throughout the nine exhilarating tracks ‘Swisher’ contains a somewhat subdued mood, although each track develops deeply to encourage hypnotic sense of space. Opener 'Aeon' acts as an almost krautrock work of progression, setting the scene perfectly the heads down filtered groove of 'Bora Bora'. 'Elise' centres around a more optimistic synth lead to close an LP that sounds meticulously and expertly constructed.
