The hugely influential Planet Mu celebrates their 300th release with a staggering collection of previously unreleased tracks from the labels head-honcho Michael Paradinas AKA µ-Ziq. Offering us an insight into his otherworldly archives of electronic music, each track has been tastefully re-mastered to capture the genre defining sounds created by Paradinas in the 90s. The collection is awash of extra-terrestrial melodies and a strong sense of space, no more so on the dizzying ‘’Trail Quest’’ which carries an array of quirky bleeps with waves of ambiance. Incredible.
