Legendary Berlin institution Tresor turn to one of the City's most respected veterans in the form of International Deejay Gigolo label boss DJ Hell to provide the second installment of the Kern mix series. Following on from the ever-reliable DJ Deep’s inaugural mix, Hell is keen to show off his thirst for today’s fresher house and techno releases whilst still demonstrating his love for classics from America’s Midwest. Managing to position immortalised tracks such as Hood’s "Sleep Cycles" against some more recent producers such as Jonas Kopp and Recondite (who actually gets the nod twice in the mix). Detroit aficionados will be hot under the collar for the inclusion of a previously unreleased version of Daniel Bell’s "Blip" in what promises to be an overall excellent combination of old and new.
