Belfast DJs Matthew McBriar and Andrew Ferguson return with a second EP for house label Aus. While 2012's 'You/ Don't' offered minimal, pad-driven beats, 'Stash' is more brutal, its title track thumping like a bailiff at a very sturdy door, bass notes rolling hypnotically. On the B-side, 'Rise' cushions its pounding drums with dub techno synths, while 'Courtside Drama' takes a 2-step rhythm and bathes it in vintage house strings.
