Kiwi dubstep producers Tristan Roake and Andre Fernandez follow up their stripped-back 'Iron Lung' EP with this similarly sparse double A-side that moves them further into film soundtrack territory. ‘Devil’s Hands’ is a minimal monster built from chiming strings and bass like gorilla breath; ‘I Belong’ spreads sparkling white noise across a murky female vocal and faint hip-hop rhythms. An ominous but hypnotising example of understatement.
