Andi Otto aka Springintgut returns with a new album ‘Where We Need No Map’ on the Pingipung label. His trademark sounds of playful, colourful experimentation come fully intact alongside a new addition... Having helped develop a cello with movement sensors attached to its bow and a corresponding software, Otto combines its processed sounds into this new piece of work, incorporating it into a warm and vivid jazz and house-influenced narrative.
