Polysick follows on from his visit to Planet Mu and of course, 100% Silk and Legowelt’s Strange Life Records, with a new one for Belgium’s audioMER label. Much in keeping with the stylistic undertakings of previous releases, ‘Daydream’ is a grippingly unreal journey that takes in sleek 4/4 rhythms and writhing acid-tinged layers, all awash with a lick of sci-fi experimentalism and darkly evocative twilight tension.
