o13 is Mark C of legendary noise makers Live Skull and Stuart Argabright of Ike Yard, two choice New York groups of the '80s. Alongside bassist Kent Heine they've been creating since 2010, with most of their output so far audio-visual performances. On their debut album 'Time Wave Zero' this interest in the cinematic prevails. It's a record rich in doomy vocals and pristine layers of darkly pulsing widescreen electronics. Evocative, ghostly stuff.
