French Fries returns for a third outing on his own label, ClekClekBoom. Demonstrating a more experimental side to his production, the Parisian delivers A-side banger ‘Everything’, a heavily percussive number with atmospheric strings and Detroit acid bass. Meanwhile, ‘White Screen’ is a Chicago-style 909 jam complete with rapid fire hats and techno stabs and ‘D’Angelo’ pays homage to its namesake with a slowed down tempo and washed out synths.
