Bleep

The debut album from Lapalux arrived with the same kind of instinctive understanding of texture and atmosphere so evidently apparent in earlier releases – from his Pictures Music cassette to more recent Brainfeeder EPs. ‘Nostalchic’ hears him adding R&B and soul to elements of house and hip hop, finished with Lapaux’s trademark rendering - a delicate touch of infectious, lopsided swing and achingly deep texture.
