The second part of Surgeon's Floorshow series is a good one, four tracks of tough, loopy but not boring, subtley made hard techno, that draw on a load of influences, from old school LFO type stringy lushness, to Mike Dunn, to the harder moments of early Aphex all with that majestic and slightly intimidating rush that has made Surgeon such a killer DJ and producer. Quality never goes out of fashion.
