Some of you may know Ben Thomas' work as BNJMN - the maverick production moniker that has graced Rush Hour's catalogue with a strain of mutant, future techno. Tempering the mood, Ben Thomas takes a moment to introduce his colourful, 'dream-pop' front, 'Singing Statues' and employs a subdued vocal (his own) with strands of vivid guitar washes - 'Persian Prince' is an evocative refrain that nods to the formulary of Animal Collective and Warp-era Darkstar.

As a coda to this perfectly neat little package, Thomas offers a BNJMN remix, steadying the rich, lucid sequences with the gentle, familiar pulse of a 'post club' kick drum.
