Pascal Terstappen’s fourth LP moves up and down the scale of dance music, switching from softly pulsing digital lullabies to ripped-up assaults on the dance floor. The warm blips of ‘Thanks For Fun’ are a how-to in stoned electronica, while collaboration with David Douglas ‘Boys’ is a stripped-down house beat sprinkled with woodblock and androgynous vocals.
