Kompakt pulls head honcho Michael Mayer’s ‘Mantasy’ back into the spotlight by roughing it up into a selection of remixes – the first entry in a series of 3. Core Comeme member Phillipp Gorbachev is the first in line with a synth-heavy, pulsating rework of ‘Voigt Kampff Test’ while Cologne’s Bart revamps the same track, stripping it back into an atmospheric haze underpinned by mechanical pulsations. The final track sees The Mole getting to grips with ‘Baumhaus’ for a gently grooving, lavish affair.
