Berlin’s Adam Thomas and Kiwi Will Greeson take turns on this Bomb Factory split, both with different approaches to drone but both sharing a love for field recordings and walls of tape fuzz. ‘Analepsis’ rises from pet shop samples to form a howling monolith of white noise. After it’s tried out a melody, ‘The Last Tram’ takes over with a spooky, static-soaked John Carpenter film score. It’s noise pollution but not as we know it.
