Fieldheld draws on the surroundings of his adopted home in Canada and its widescreen landscapes for his latest album, ‘A Correction’. As with previous works, the album comes gracefully decaying with familiar tape hiss and scratchy sounds drawing unpredictable lines through minimalist soundscapes, clouded melodies and emotive peaks.
