Bleep

We first came across Grischa Lichtenburger when he released his EP ~treibgut, as part of raster-noton's unum series in 2009, and our ear canals were cleaned out with a screw driver; 4 years later, we are ready for some more. With moments of Mika Vainio-like distortion, paired with the poinitilism of Mark Fell, the album has moments of finger clicking funk and alongside distorted sonic junk. Unlike a lot of the labels roster, that have a clean minimalist approach, this album harks back to the time of early Autechre, with a dark complexity at the fore.
