Woo are two brothers, Mark and Clive Ives, who in the 80s made a pair of outrageously appealing, yet largely unknown records. Their second, 'It's Cosy Inside', released in 1989, quali?es as some of the most original, electronically treated mood music ever written. Their adventurous, motorik 'pop music' creates a vortex of eerie, yet uplifting spirit; channelling the precursory, experimental tones of Can, Neu!, Ashra through the complex beat of Fela Kuti.
