Long-running psych-punk gods OSEES are back with yet another new LP for In The Red entitled Intercepted Message. OSEES leader John Dwyer claims Intercepted Message to be something like the band’s first foray into full-fledged synth-punk, and the taut, sleek rhythms of the title track and everything else on here certainly speak to that pedigree. Don’t worry, OSEES haven’t gone pop, they just cleaned up the gunk (a little).
