Support slots with Sunn O))) and Boris have clearly rubbed off on her: ‘Most Children Do’ bathes its soft synths in tape fuzz, making Aso’s voice sound even more nostalgic; ‘Coclhium’ features exquisite emotive guitar like ‘Hallelujah’ played in a foreign language; ‘Agenda’ takes the acoustics somewhere even more murky, drifting into Liz Harris territory.
