Bristol producer Batu announces the launch of his own A Long Strange Dream imprint with his own For Spirits EP. Something like a speed run through every sorta sound Batu has mastered over years, For Spirits acts like a de facto survey of the contemporary underground as well as a syllabus for what’s to come for the label. From slamming floor-fillers like ‘In Tongues’ to drifting stasis like the closing ‘Through The Glass’, no one does it quite like Batu.
